We've had a good start on our journey to better health, and I am hoping it will continue! I've been making fresh juice, green smoothies, and salads. I ran across a video the other day showing a method for making salad I hadn't seen before. I decided to give it a try, and we love it! The preparation went by quite fast, and because the veggies are chopped up small and mixed together, it was easier to eat. The flavors were mingled together perfectly.
